Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping is currently available only across Canada. If you are interested in purchasing but require deilvery to an address outside of Canada, please send an email to discuss cost.
Processing time
Unless otherwise noted, all items in the store are ready to ship. Orders will be processed and mailed within 5 business days of receiving payment, and an email will notify you when your package has shipped or is ready for local pickup. Orders may be shipped via various carriers, and though tracking is available, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or damaged packages
Husted is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If a package is unfortunately lost or stolen, a claim should be filed with the shipping service provider. If something has arrived damaged, please photograph the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a quick replacement.
Packaging
All new materials used to package your item will be recyclable or compostable and were chosen thoughtfully. If you receive something packaged in non-recyclable materials, it's because they've been reused, not purchased new. Clean packaging materials will be reused whenever possible to minimize consumption and waste.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for another item or store credit of equal value. Refunds are not available.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us and include an explanation for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for safely repackaging items for return shipping. No restocking fee will apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery if the item is not what your ordered, defective, or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unless they are somehow defective, customized items cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
